Available dates and times will be listed, and you will receive a confirmation once your appointment is secured. 2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation slot. Without payment, your appointment will not be confirmed. 3. Consultation Details: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary details, including the time, date, and platform (e.g., Zoom, Skype, etc.). Please ensure you have access to the required technology before your session. Rescheduling & Cancellations: 1. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Please contact us via email at inquiries@connect2fan.com to reschedule at no additional cost. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 3. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered. 4. Emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you are facing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling or refund. Session Guidelines: 1. Punctuality: Please join the consultation on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. 2.
